Bookng:

Bookings can be made online up to 3 hour before the date and time you are due to travel. Depending on availability we can often take bookings with less than 3 hour notice, but you will need to call us to confirm availability before making your booking.


Payment:

Online orders must be pre-paid through our bank acquiring system. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay. For other orders we require credit or debit card information as a guarantee of payment. We will not charge it.


Cancellation:

You can cancel your order not later than 3 hours (12 hours for minibus) before start of the order. If you cancel your order in less than 3 hours (12 hours for minibus), we will charge you total order amount.


Hourly Rates:

Standard Sedan - 1350 RUB per hour.
Business Sedan - 1950 RUB per hour.
Luxury Sedan - 2900 RUB per hour.
Minivan - 1950 RUB per hour.
Minibus - 1950 RUB per hour.


Waiting Time:

First hour of waiting at the airport free of charge. 15 mintes for city pickups. Thereafter, waiting time will be charged at our basic hourly rate based on the current rate at the time of travel.
Calculation is based on the following rules:
- From 0:00 till 0:15 - downward rounding till the whole hour value.
- From 0:16 till 0:45 - considered as half an hour.
- From 0:46 till 0:59 - upward rounding to the whole hour value.


Additional Charges:

First hour of parking at the airport free of charge. The remaining time of the parking is paid by the client.
